Common House Richmond has rebranded as No. 303

Here's what members need to know about the rebrand, the transition, and how to get back in the loop.

Common House Richmond Is Now No. 303

I've been a member of Common House Richmond since 2021. Over five years, I've coworked there, hosted events, attended yoga classes, wine nights, and workshops, and made genuine friendships with people I met in the House. The member experience has always felt intentional in a way that's hard to manufacture. Whatever they were doing, it was working.

TL;DR - The Short Version

Common House Richmond has separated from the Common House brand and relaunched as No. 303, named for the building's address at 303 West Broad Street. The announcement went out on May 20, 2026. If you were in the building regularly, you probably saw it coming. If you've been attending more sporadically, like me, you may have missed it entirely.

I found out when the old app stopped recognizing my account. I emailed the Common House concierge address and received an automated reply redirecting me to the new one: concierge@the303.club. Once I reached out there, I was added back to the list and caught up quickly.

What's Staying the Same

The team is staying. The same people who made the experience what it was are still there, which matters more than the name on the door. The space, programming, and amenities that defined the club are continuing: open coworking, meeting spaces, the podcast studio, the rooftop pool, live music, Blanchard's Coffee on tap, and curated food and beverage.

Restaurant hours: Lunch runs Monday through Friday, 11am to 3pm. Dinner is offered Wednesday through Saturday, 5 to 9pm. Brunch is Saturday, 10am to 3pm, with a buffet.

What's Changing

In addition to their new name and contact information, No. 303 is working on a new member portal and mobile app, which are expected to launch in phases over the coming months. In the meantime, the team is running everything through email. If you're not receiving updates, that's the first thing to fix.

"While our name and logo changed, the heart of who we are remains the same. As loneliness continues to be the largest epidemic in the world, and our mission of creating spaces for conversation and human connection remains unchanged. The staff, the sense of community, and the intentionally designed spaces that bring people together will continue to define the experience. This rebrand is less about changing who we are and more about creating a new chapter that reflects bringing a community together"

- Trisha Welsh, Director of Operations, No. 303 Richmond
