Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp Returns to Richmond
Free AI Education for High School Students, Hosted by AI Ready RVA
Artificial intelligence is already shaping how we learn, work, create, and solve problems. Richmond's students deserve the opportunity to understand it, experiment with it, and help shape what comes next.
AI Ready RVA is proud to welcome the Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp back to Richmond for 2026.
Last year, Richmond became the first city in Virginia to host the Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp, bringing 30 local high school students together for hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world AI projects.
This fall, we're doing it again.
The Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp is a completely free, in-person program for students in grades 9 through 12. No coding background. No previous AI experience. No prerequisites.
Curiosity is enough.
The program directly supports AI Ready RVA's mission to cultivate AI literacy across the Greater Richmond Region through education, awareness, and community engagement.

You just need to be interested in learning what AI can do and what you can do with it.
What Will Students Experience?
