You get The Agency—a bite-sized, cringe-packed masterpiece starring Will Melton as the painfully awkward (yet oddly charming?) boss you love to laugh at. It’s awkward. It’s funny. And yes, it’s over almost as soon as it begins.

Inspired by The Office and Alejandro Ruvalcaba’s creative brilliance, this mini-parody is proof that even the shortest videos can deliver big laughs. Huge thanks to our intern-turned-director, Alejandro, for scripting, directing, and editing this condensed dose of chaos. And of course, major props to the Xponent21 team for jumping on board this ridiculous idea and bringing it to life with their unmatched willingness to embrace absurdity.
