The 3rd Annual Rotary Blue Crab Festival is basically a very Richmond way to spend a Saturday afternoon: unlimited steamed blue crabs, live blues, cold drinks, games, a silent auction, and one of the best views of the Richmond skyline — all while raising money that goes back into the Richmond community.
