Cue the Richmond rabbit hole. A free men’s workout at the Carillon turns into street recruiting, Reddit memes, and a guessing game of names — Swole for Scripture, Bod for God, Crunches for Christ, Get Ripped for the Rapture, Hallowed Be Thy Gains. We follow the thread until it lands on the real thing: F3 RVA — a community men’s fitness meetup built on fitness, fellowship, and faith.

F3 started in Charlotte, NC over a decade ago, it provides an opportunity for men of all ages and fitness levels to come together. The F3RVA region represents all of the greater Richmond region while providing opportunities to individually connect.
