Filming has started on the AI Game Show Podcast

Cameras are rolling at the Channel RVA studio on West Broad Street. The AI Game Show Podcast — the improv-style show we have been building in public for the last several weeks — has moved out of the prototype phase and into actual production. The shot above is from a recent session, with four players cracking up around the table mid-round.

The format pairs everyday Richmonders with AI characters in fast, funny rounds you can play along with at home. Episodes are recorded in one sit-down at 316 West Broad Street; the studio supplies the computer and runs all the tech, so contestants do not need to install an app, bring a phone, or prep anything ahead of time.

A few cast slots are still open

We are not done casting. If you have wanted to be on the show — or you know someone in Richmond who would be great on camera — there is still room in the current production block.

How it works

One shoot day. A single recording session at the Channel RVA studio on your scheduled day.
On-site, no app. We provide the computer and handle the technology — you just show up and play.
Built for Richmond. Local players, local references, an original Channel RVA production.

If you have not followed the production from the beginning, the two Vibe Coding Live posts walk through how the show came together:
