We're going live to test and finish Liberating Facilitator — a free web app I built for facilitators, team leads, educators, and anyone who runs meetings that suck.

Most meetings fail because of format, not people. Liberating Structures fixes that. It's a set of 33 practical facilitation methods developed by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless that replace conventional presentations and brainstorms with structured activities where *everyone* participates — not just the loudest voices in the room.

Browse, search, and filter all 33 Liberating Structures by category, difficulty, group size, duration, energy level, and modality. Every structure includes full instructions, tips, purpose, and real-world examples. Favorite the ones you use most for quick access.

🗓 Session Planner

Drag-and-drop agenda builder. Add structures, set durations, assign facilitators, choose locations. Share sessions via unique link or export as Markdown. Built for how real facilitators actually plan.

🤖 AI-Powered Recommendations

Tell the AI your session goal, group size, and context — it tells you which structures to run. Massive time-saver for facilitators who are new to the methods or just need a second opinion.

⚡ Live Interactive Activities

Launch real-time digital activities mid-session — live polls, dot voting, fishbowl queues, shared canvas, matrix plots, network maps, and more. Participants join via room code on any device. No app download. No friction.

🌐 Facilitator Directory

A public network of facilitators. Apply to be listed, get assigned to sessions, build your reputation. This is how the platform grows — community-first.

Searchable directory of collaboration-friendly spaces (starting in Richmond, VA) with capacity, amenities, and booking links.

What we're doing today:

Testing the full app end-to-end — AI recommendations, live activities, session planner, the works. Whatever's broken, we fix it live. Whatever's missing, we scope it. This is part of my **52 Apps in 52 Weeks** challenge, and I'm building everything with Lovable and Supabase — no traditional coding.
