Build a partner referral platform with AI live on Lovable: landing page polish, gamification, sales training, and AI visibility work for two websites.

I'm Will Melton, and this is a live vibe coding session where I keep building the referral partner platform for Xponent21. We pick up where the last session ended. The platform gives referral partners one place to learn how to refer Xponent21, see what we build, and track their progress. This session adds the layers that decide whether partners stay engaged or drift away.

What we work on in this session

Landing page refinements. We tighten the page partners see first so the next step is obvious and the value is clear within seconds.

More engagement mechanisms and gamification. We add quests, progress markers, and rewards that give partners a reason to come back and a clear next action every time they do.

Failure prevention. We map where partners stall, disengage, or send the wrong referrals, then build the platform to catch those moments early so more partners succeed.

General sales training. We add lessons that help any partner start a business conversation, ask better questions, and spot a real need. This gives partners a skill they keep whether or not a referral closes.

Specific sales training. We add product knowledge modules so partners can explain what Xponent21 builds, who it fits, and what a good referral looks like.

Automating show descriptions. I walk through the plan to take the transcript from each live vibe coding session and generate an accurate description and chapter markers after the recording. Every episode in the archive becomes searchable and easy to navigate.

AI visibility for xponent21.com and willmelton.com. We optimize both sites so ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google can find, understand, and cite them.
