Yesterday we laid the foundation. Today we see it run.

We kicked off the Hermes Agent build yesterday — foundation shell, Roadmap SDK v2.4.0 deployed, sprint queue assembled, and the first build sprint executing. Today we pick up where we left off and start bringing the actual agent to life: the Agent Control Center, multi-agent Kanban board, and the chat interface so we can talk directly to Hermes from inside the app.

This is part of my ongoing 52 Apps in 52 Weeks challenge — live, unscripted, real builds that ship. No slides. No demos. Just a builder working through problems in real time on Lovable.

Today's focus: getting Hermes operational with security locked down from the start — DAction enabled, allowed channels configured, guild-scoped allow lists in place. We're also wiring up Slack so the agent lives inside our team workflow, and pushing forward on Scout, the meeting intelligence layer that turns transcripts into dispatched tasks across Hermes, Spaceport, and Asana automatically.

The end goal is a 24/7 autonomous agent that eliminates the manual handoffs between our meetings and our actual product output. We're getting closer today.
