September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, and we are taking a stand with the Jay Walkers Challenge.
The challenge is simple but powerful: form a team, make a pledge, and complete 800,000 steps together throughout the month. Every single step taken is highly symbolic, representing a step in honor of every life lost worldwide to suicide.
But this challenge goes beyond just walking. We cannot prevent suicide if we are unwilling to talk about it. We challenge you to break the stigma, start conversations, and even invite someone to join you on a walk to share why this cause matters.
Are you ready to accept the challenge? Let's make a difference together and work on our mental health as a community. πΆββοΈ
