Bad meetings are a leadership problem. Most teams sit through the same three formats — open discussion, PowerPoint, Q&A — and wonder why nothing changes. The problem isn't the people. It's the structure.

Liberating Structures gives you 33 different ways to run a meeting, workshop, or working session — each designed to unlock participation, surface real ideas, and move groups forward. Tonight I'm showing off the app I built around them.

Liberating Facilitator is a free facilitation app that puts all 33 Liberating Structures in your pocket with AI-powered recommendations. Tell it what you're trying to accomplish — the group size, the goal, the energy — and it tells you which structure to run and how to run it.

Tonight is the first live demo. We're going hands-on with the full app: browsing structures, getting AI recommendations, and walking through real facilitation scenarios for the kinds of rooms nonprofit teams and facilitators actually face.

Here's what we're covering:

— All 33 structures, organized and searchable

— The AI recommendation engine in action

— Real use cases: team retreats, board meetings, community sessions, workshops

— What's coming in the next build sprint

This app is free. No account required to explore. Built entirely with Lovable and Supabase as part of my 52 Apps in 52 Weeks challenge — and it's one of the ones I'm most proud of.

If you run meetings, lead teams, facilitate workshops, or work inside a nonprofit or civic organization — this is built for you.

Drop your questions in the chat. Let's run a better meeting.
