In this live build session, I walk through the thinking, structure, and real product decisions behind an AI-powered meeting assistant—built in public, in real time through a vibe coding workflow.
This isn’t a polished demo or a pitch. It’s a working session that shows how I approach AI product design, AI coding, and system architecture when building productivity apps that people actually trust. You’ll see where the real challenges emerge when designing AI tools, how decisions compound quickly, and why clarity matters more than speed when you’re building software meant to sit inside real conversations. We cover product scope, triggers, memory, roadmap discipline, and why some of the most effective AI-powered applications are designed to stay quiet until they’re explicitly needed.
This session also reflects a broader idea I talk about often in my work: AI works best when it removes friction so humans can focus on direction. That philosophy shows up throughout this build—how the meeting assistant behaves, how it respects live conversations, how it avoids interrupting human flow, and how it supports decision-making instead of hijacking attention. This is especially important for AI meeting assistants, productivity software, and real-time AI tools where trust and restraint matter as much as capability.
If you’re a founder, product leader, developer, or executive trying to understand how to build with AI responsibly—and practically—this session is for you. Whether you’re interested in vibe coding, AI coding, no-code and low-code development, or building AI-native productivity apps, this walkthrough gives you a realistic view of what it takes to move from idea to working system.
In this session, you’ll learn why many AI meeting tools and productivity apps fail by interrupting instead of supporting, how to think about AI as an ambient collaborator rather than a constant participant, and why boundaries, triggers, and trust are foundational to successful AI products. I also walk through how I move from concept to execution using modern AI-native tooling, how I think about roadmaps in fast-moving AI builds, and why structure still matters even when AI accelerates development.
The product in this session is built using Lovable, a rapid AI-native development platform that supports vibe coding and fast iteration for AI-powered apps.
