Day 2 of deploying AI agents to run my life. Yesterday I confirmed the agent setup inside Idea Nexus, my physics-based force graph that visualizes my entire business ecosystem — every organization, project, person, relationship, proposal, and deal across Xponent21, Channel RVA, AI Ready RVA, OnScreenGames, and everything else I run. The agent layer went live but stayed on-demand. Today that changes. I'm finishing the agent deployment — turning the agents on for real, verifying they fire correctly against live data, and pushing the system from reporting to actually acting on my behalf.

The whole premise of Idea Nexus was never visualization for its own sake. A map that just sits there is a dashboard. What I wanted was an operating system — something that reads my calendar, drafts and sends email, creates Asana tasks, broadcasts to Slack, and surfaces what actually matters instead of making me chase every recommendation manually. That means agents that read live data out of Compass — my priorities, goals, and dependencies — and act on it without me pushing a button every time. Today I get that running end to end: agent triggers firing, permissions verified, real actions landing in real systems.

This build sits on top of everything I've already wired together — Grow, my CRM, feeding deal stages back into the map; Asana feeding tasks; Gmail, Slack, and Google Calendar all feeding context the agents read from. The API I built lets me click any node in the map and push it straight into Grow, auto-creating the organization, the deal, and the deal context. Today's work extends that same logic into the agent layer itself: instead of me clicking, the agents watch and act.

Alongside the agent deployment, I'm continuing the build for Channel RVA Trivia Live — a platform I'm building for Don, a trivia host in the Richmond community, to improve the experience for both hosts and players. I'm testing actual gameplay today, wiring up host documentation and an on-screen walkthrough guide, and fixing branding on the waiting screen so trivia companies can put their own name on it instead of Channel RVA's. I'm also wrapping up a couple of other projects that have been sitting and need a final push to get across the line.

This is part of my ongoing thesis for the summer: slow down to automate. I'm not building new things right now — I'm making the things I already have work better, and getting on time with what I'm already doing instead of chasing more.

I build all of this in public on Lovable — no editing, no pre-baked demos, just the actual work: the agent logic, the edge functions, the integrations, and the debugging when something doesn't do what the instructions said. If you want to see how an AI-native operating layer for a real multi-company operation actually gets built, this is the session.

Everything runs on Lovable + Supabase + Stripe + Resend + the Claude API. If you want to build alongside me, grab Lovable with my referral link and start with 10 free credits: https://lovable.dev/invite/S8XSI99

This is part of my 52 Apps in 52 Weeks challenge — building real software in public, live, one app at a time, every Saturday at 1 PM and Sunday at 10 AM EST. Come watch, ask questions, and steal the workflow.
