Picking up where yesterday left off. Today we're building OnScreenGames.com — the sales and marketing site for screen-based games as a business growth tool for restaurants, bars, breweries, live event venues, trade show booths, and subscriber communities. The site has one job: a visitor lands, immediately understands what a custom screen game can do for their business, and ends up in a pitch conversation. That means a sharp value proposition, a portfolio that shows real work, a game ideas gallery that sparks imagination, and a lead gen flow that converts curiosity into a booked call.
The primary conversion mechanism on OnScreenGames.com is a three-question visual quiz that generates a free AI-powered custom game pitch — built live on screen and delivered by email via Resend. That pitch is the hook. It shows the prospect exactly what their game could look like before they've spent a dollar, and it pushes a lead into the Xponent21 Grow CRM via webhook so nothing falls through the cracks. We're building that flow today, along with the full site shell: homepage, portfolio, game ideas gallery, journal, FAQ, and the scheduling embed via HouseForm.
Screen games are one of the most underutilized tools in experiential marketing. Businesses spend enormous resources trying to get attention in physical spaces — and most of it evaporates the moment someone looks away. A custom screen game running on a venue display, a trade show monitor, or a live event screen does something different: it creates a participation loop. People play. They come back. They tell someone else. The game becomes the reason to engage with the brand rather than the brand being the backdrop to something else. OnScreenGames.com exists to make that argument clearly and convert it into new business.
We're also continuing Channel RVA Games Live work from yesterday's session — refining the live trivia and game mechanics we're deploying on screens inside Richmond restaurants and venues. The focus remains on player engagement, entertainment value, and the venue operator pitch: this should be an easy yes because it makes your room more interesting on a Tuesday night. We're tightening the game design, the phone-based player experience, and the broadcast network infrastructure that runs the whole thing.
The full stack across both builds: Lovable for the frontend, Supabase for the backend with Edge Functions and Row Level Security, Resend for transactional email, the Claude API for the AI-generated game pitch, and Xponent21 Grow as the CRM receiving inbound leads via webhook. This is a real production build happening live — architecture decisions, UI refinements, and the occasional thing that breaks on stream and has to get fixed in public.
