RVA AI Interns is the most urgent. This is a free community platform for Greater Richmond — any small business can post an internship, manage applicants, run intern check-ins, track development plans, and give every intern real structure. No corporate HR team required. It was born out of a live challenge from Senator Mark Warner in a meeting with AI Ready RVA: identify the jobs AI is eliminating and build career pathways before workers are left behind. One of the clearest gaps is internship access — young people need workplace experience, and small businesses want to provide it but don't have the infrastructure. RVA AI Interns closes that gap. Free, forever, for Richmond-area employers. We laid the foundation yesterday and today we're locking it in.

Alongside that, we're advancing the subscription and conversion model on OnScreenGames.com (onscreengames.com) — the platform connecting venue operators, trade show exhibitors, and live event businesses with screen-based games that drive real audience engagement. The commercial engine underneath the whole product lives in these conversion mechanics, so getting this right is a priority build.
