Idea Nexus stops being a map today and becomes an operating system. This session is about operationalizing the platform — taking the physics-based force graph that visualizes my entire business ecosystem and wiring it into the agent layer that actually takes action on my behalf. We're deploying the agents live, putting the finishing touches on the agent deployment, and closing out a couple of other projects that have been waiting for a final push.

Idea Nexus visualizes everything — organizations, projects, people, relationships, proposals, meetings — across Xponent21, Channel RVA, AI Ready RVA, OnScreenGames, and the rest of the ecosystem. But visualization was never the endgame. The goal has always been a system that reads my calendar, drafts and sends email, creates Asana tasks, broadcasts to Slack, and surfaces what actually matters instead of making me chase every recommendation manually. Today that layer goes from built to running. We finish the agent deployment, verify the actions fire against real data, and watch the system start operating instead of just reporting.

This is Idea Nexus as the connective tissue across every venture I run. Grow feeds it CRM deal stages. Asana feeds it tasks. Gmail, Slack, and Google Calendar feed it context. The agents read all of it and act — that's the difference between a dashboard and an operating system, and that's what we're proving out live.

I build the entire thing in public on Lovable — no editing, no pre-baked demos, just the actual work: the agent logic, the edge functions, the integrations, and the debugging when the agent doesn't do what the instructions said. If you've ever wanted to see how an AI-native operating layer for a real multi-company operation gets assembled, this is the session. Alongside the agent deployment, I'm wrapping up a couple of other projects that need a final push to get across the line.

Everything I build runs on Lovable + Supabase + Stripe + Resend + the Claude API. If you want to build alongside me, grab Lovable with my referral link and start with 10 free credits: https://lovable.dev/invite/S8XSI99

I run this every weekend as part of my 52 Apps in 52 Weeks challenge — building real software in public, live, one app at a time. Come watch, ask questions, and steal the workflow.
