Live build session testing Lovable Skills, Workspace Knowledge, and rolling a shared design system out across a real 50+ app portfolio.
This is Day 2 of the weekend session, and the focus shifts from retrospective to execution. Yesterday's stream mapped out fifty apps built live over the 52 Apps in 52 Weeks challenge, grouping every build into six categories and pulling out the credit-usage patterns and build-methodology lessons that actually held up across dozens of independent projects. Today is about turning those lessons into infrastructure that gets used across every project going forward, instead of staying as notes in a document.
Four things on the bench today:
Rolling out the new roadmap structure to key active projects. The three-phase build method, Wide Plan, Roadmap Install, then Execution, gets pushed into the apps still in active development, so every project in the portfolio runs on the same operating rhythm instead of ad hoc sprints that drift from build to build.
Testing Lovable Skills live. Skills are meant to let an AI agent carry reusable instructions and playbooks into every build inside a workspace, instead of re-explaining context, coding standards, and conventions in every single prompt. Today's session is a live test of what that actually looks like applied to real, existing projects, not a demo on a throwaway app.
Testing Lovable Workspace Knowledge. Workspace-level knowledge is meant to give every project inside a workspace shared context automatically: brand rules, tech stack defaults, naming conventions, and prior architectural decisions, without pasting the same onboarding brief into every new build. If it holds up under real use, it changes how fast new apps can spin up cleanly and how much gets re-explained from scratch.
Continuing the design system work from yesterday. Fifty apps built independently means fifty sets of visual decisions made from scratch: credits spent re-deciding the same buttons, spacing, typography, and color questions over and over across every single build. The shared design system built yesterday is the fix, and today pushes it further into real, live projects to see how it holds up outside the sandbox.
This is vibe coding at the infrastructure level. Less about shipping one more flashy standalone app, more about making every future app in the portfolio faster, cheaper, and more consistent to build. Built with Lovable, Supabase, and the Claude API, the same stack behind every app in the 52 Apps challenge so far.
