What happens when a woman stops organizing her life around pleasing or proving and begins returning to herself?
Sigma Femme is a movement for the restoration of feminine intelligence, internal authority and relational coherence.
In this episode of The Sigma Femme Podcast, Sara Daves explores the Alpha, Beta and Sigma archetypes as patterns women develop inside a culture that rewards adaptation.
Some women learn to secure connection through accommodation. Others learn to secure value through capability and performance. Over time, both strategies can begin to reveal their limits.
Sigma emerges as a more integrated way of living — where care remains intact, strength remains available and identity is no longer built through self-erasure or overcompensation.
In this episode:
• Beta as connection shaped through self-abandonment
• Alpha as power shaped through constant proving
• The limits of both strategies over time
• Sigma as integration, self-possession and coherence
• How these patterns shape relationships, ambition and identity
• The shift from adaptation to truth
