Season 2 of The Sigma Femme Podcast officially premieres October 7.

This prologue opens the new season with a question: How do we become more conscious participants in what we’re creating?

In this solo episode, Sara traces the questions that have followed her through years of work in conflict resolution, purpose, emotional mastery, masculine and feminine dynamics, manifestation, Family Constellations and organizational systems.

Across those different environments, the same themes kept surfacing: identity, belonging, power, inherited patterns, discernment, authenticity and the relationship between personal agency and the larger systems shaping our lives.

From those threads, she eventually created Relational Field Intelligence™, a framework for recognizing what is happening within us, between people and across larger systems so we can participate with greater clarity, sovereignty and conscious choice.

Season 2 will explore what happens when inner work meets the outside world, when our values encounter pressure, when belonging asks something of us and how our choices shape what becomes possible for everyone.
